コトバは目には見えませんが、物理的な特徴をもつ存在です。話し手が空気の振動や光の情報を発し、受け手がその情報を受け止めることで、コトバが伝わります。このようなシグナルを、私たちはどのようにして産出しているのでしょうか。

Languages are invisible, but they are physical entities. Linguistic signals are transmitted when the speaker emits information in the form of air vibrations or light, and the receiver receives that information. How do we produce these signals when we use a language?
