Many acquire a language(s) naturally and take it for granted. However, some people who have a condition called “Developmental Language Disorder”, have delayed development of linguistic skills, and/or the difference in the quality of the language they acquire from the others, resulting in difficulties in daily life and limited opportunities in social participation.
